Big Buddha Statue at the Long Son Pagoda in Nha Trang, Vietnam

My family and I are very religious.  We believe in the religion of Buddhism.  Buddhism is the teaching of how to end suffering of all beings through enlightenment and to stop the endless cycle of birth and death.  Buddhism has been with our family through generations, so it is a tradition to practice and celebrate Buddhist teachings and events.  When we visit Vietnam each summer, we always go to at least one temple to pray for ourselves and others.  We also do not eat any type of meat for two days each month.  We want to cause the least amount of suffering as possible  Buddhism is important to me because it has taught me many life lessons on how to become a better human being to support others.
